Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Government Tender Bidding Executive to join our team at Surat(Gujarat) Location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in handling government e-tendering portals and managing the end-to-end bidding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze relevant government tenders on various e-portals (e.G., GeM, CPPP, state portals).
• Prepare, compile, and submit bid documents as per RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (technical, legal, finance) for timely submission of required documentation.
• Maintain tender documentation and ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations.
• Follow up on bid status and handle post-bid communications.
• Maintain records of past tenders and improve bidding strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in government tender bidding.
• Proficiency in using online tender platforms like GeM, eProcurement, CPPP, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
