Job Title: Bank ATM Representative Location: Ludhiana, PunjabEmployment Type: Full-TimeDesignation: Bank RepresentativeLevel: ExecutiveQualifications: Graduate, Experience:  3+ YearsJob Summary:The Field Executive – ATM is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned ATMs within a defined area. The role involves regular field visits to inspect 40–50 ATMs twice a month, ensuring all machines are functional, secure, and customer-ready at all times.Key Responsibilities:Conduct scheduled field visits to 40–50 ATMs twice a month.Ensure proper functioning of all ATMs — including cash dispensing, screen display, receipt printing, and connectivity.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of ATM premises.Check and report any issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity.Coordinate with the bank or vendor’s technical support team for timely repairs.Monitor security systems, lighting, and signage at each ATM location.Submit periodic inspection reports and photo documentation to the head office.Adhere to company and bank safety and compliance standards.Required Skills & Competencies:Strong attention to detail and accountability.Good understanding of banking operations and ATM functioning.Computer literacy and ability to use smartphones for field reporting.Knowledge of banking applications and digital communication tools.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and manage field schedules efficiently.Qualification & Experience:Education: Minimum Graduate / Diploma in any field.Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with Banks / NBFCs (preferably in operations or field roles).Other Details:Job Type: Full-time, On-Ground (Field Work)Work Days: 6 days a weekMonthly Net Take Home: ₹23,000/-Incentives: Performance-based allowances as applicable
