What does a successful Specialist, Technical Professional Services (Implementation Analyst) do?

The Implementation Analyst is responsible for leading successful projects for Fiserv's clients. These implementations are for new clients and existing clients. The analyst engages directly with the client from the project. This is a fast-paced position requiring flexibility and the ability to easily accept and manage change. The analyst must have the ability to listen and understand the client's business challenges and opportunities. This will allow them to provide direction to the clients to achieve their objectives and success. As part of the implementation process, the Implementation Analyst will utilize business analysis techniques, tools, and common templates.

What you will do

Under limited direction, interpret design specifications for a specific segment of a particular application. Under limited direction, interpret documentation provided by clients, electronic forms vendors, and/or the Desktop Services team for existing clients' VIP and Cleartouch Document projects. Thoroughly test and QA final VIP and Cleartouch Document installations. Provide accurate and timely delivery of new and existing client VIP and Cleartouch Document installations. Set up and test various printers to work with VIP and Cleartouch and different Operating Systems Thoroughly test and QA EOM installations.

What you will need to have

Four-year college degree Extensive programming knowledge/skills or experience in MS Office Suite and desktop technologies (Windows, Novell, etc.) A minimum of 5-10 years programming or related experience in a financial and/or Unisys environment. Systems/Programing Expertise Proficiency in C# and JavaScript Code understanding variables, data types, and operators. Knowledge of Adobe Pro and the ability to create PDFs from various file formats as well as creating images from a PDF. Understanding of version control systems for collaborative coding and code management

What would be great to have

Knowledge of IDE with the ability to create document. Knowledge of programming to extract data from a relational Database. Familiarity with PowerPoint and the ability to create various image types.

Working Hours (IST):
