Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end accounting operations including: Accounts payable and receivable General ledger maintenance Bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure accurate and timely GST compliance : GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) GST reconciliation with books and portal Handle TDS compliance : TDS calculations, deductions, and returns Issuance of TDS certificates Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Maintain proper accounting records and documentation Assist in finalization of accounts and balance sheet Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost control Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies Support management with MIS and financial reports Handle accounting entries related to payroll and expenses Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliances Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP / Odoo preferred) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred) Relevant accounting certifications will be an advantage Preferred Industry Experience: E-commerce / Retail / Manufacturing Experience handling high-volume transactions Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (as per experience & skills)
