Committed to personalized support, we provide comprehensive assistance from initial counseling to post-arrival services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-caller, located in Hyderabad. The Tele-caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, scheduling appointments for counseling, and providing detailed information about overseas education opportunities. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, explaining programs and services, following up with leads, maintaining records of interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and providing feedback to improve outreach processes will also be part of this role.QualificationsStrong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in telephone etiquette and the ability to handle a high volume of callsExperience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center rolesGood knowledge of overseas education processes is an advantageAbility to manage and organize leads while maintaining accurate recordsBasic computer skills including familiarity with CRM toolsFluency in English and regional languages is a plus“Around 2 years of experience”
