We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the company's expansion goals under the guidance of the Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the Business Manager/Regional Manager to develop and implement business development strategies
- Travel to client locations and industry events as required
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and business development goals
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities
- Adhere to the schedule and/or travel chart provided for you by the RM.
- Provide regular daily,weekly and monthly updates and reports on business development initiative to the RM.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation abilities and charismatic personality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
- Adaptability to changing business environments and requirements
- Client-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
