Job Description:

RSA is currently seeking Articled Assistants to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Chartered Accountancy to gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and interact with clients across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting senior staff in conducting audits, preparing tax returns, and providing advisory services to clients.
  2. Performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently.
  3. Researching tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  4. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  5. Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  6. Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Pursuing or completing Intermediate/PE-II/IPCC from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  6. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
