The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and creating pastry items, artisanal breads, baked goods, lamination (viennoiserie, croissants etc) and other dessert offerings. Daily tasks include food preparation, baking, cooking, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards. Additionally, the Pastry Chef will be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while adhering to food safety regulations.QualificationsBakery and Baking skillsFood Preparation and Cooking skillsMenu DevelopmentCulinary SkillsCreativity and attention to detailStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with a teamExperience in a professional kitchen environmentFormal culinary training or certification is a plus
