We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our internal hiring team. Responsibilities: Source and screen profiles using Naukri and LinkedIn. Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment process and interview coordination. Focus on Non-IT recruitment with emphasis on quality and efficiency. Utilize Excel and data analytics for tracking and improving hiring processes. Requirements: Experience: 2+years in Non-IT recruitment. Skills: Proficient in Naukri & LinkedIn platforms. Excellent communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
