In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions while working closely with leadership and teams across departments to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.What You’ll Be DoingLead talent acquisition across tech and business functions — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions and an excellent experience.Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance, ensuring accurate processes aligned with company policies and labor laws.Drive employee experience & engagement initiatives, strengthening Opsolute’s culture through meaningful programs and touchpoints.Handle core HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR systems, documentation, and HR reporting.Collaborate with leadership to implement people strategies that support organizational goals, team efficiency, and employee growth.Continuously evaluate and improve policies, processes, and programs to streamline operations and elevate the employee journey.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.Hands-on experience across full-spectrum HR functions: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll & benefits, employee experience, compliance, and HR operations.Strong recruitment experience, especially for tech, sales, and engineering roles, with proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience with Zoho People/Payroll or other HRMS platforms is a plus.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.A people-first mindset with a passion for building a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace.Why Join Opsolute?Join an early-stage, high-ownership team working where cloud infrastructure, security, and cost visibility intersect.Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to see how content drives product awareness, user education, and growth.Fast learning environment, no bureaucracy, with real autonomy.Be part of a mission-driven company building the future of intelligent cloud platforms.Let’s build the future of intelligent cloud platforms together.You won’t just join a company, you’ll join a mission.
