Let us build this, together About the role This exciting role of a Manager - Programmatic requires you to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Market Cycle would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts. Need to support Global clients and account Managers of our Media Solutions team and capable of: Owns day-to-day performance of campaigns – completely accountable for tactics in market and according to performance. Mines campaign, ad server, impression, and user data to identify and capitalize on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growth. Trains specialist and analyst level team members on more advanced programmatic buying best practices Works with the agency team to enhance the utility of existing trading-related technologies and define future industry-leading capabilities. Evangelizes SOP best practices internally: Including targeting, bidding, platforms, data usage, ideas, client funnel optimization. Active point person for agency on campaign performance, optimization, and reporting Leading agency briefing discussions and collaborative planning meetings. Must-Have Qualifications & Experience: A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory) 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing programmatic campaigns for large clients. Minimum 4 years of working experience on one of the major DSP (DV360/TTD/Amazon DSP) and 4+ years of team management experience Profound expertise in digital programmatic buying, including hands-on utilization of demand-side platforms for large-scale clients. Ability to articulate the value proposition of programmatic media buying and associated technologies. Experience collaborating with agencies to establish client performance objectives and success metrics. Capacity to innovate and devise new ideas and techniques, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and creative thinking. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in data analytics and project management. Able to proficiently describe all possible KPIs and how they fit into the customer journey Comfortable thinking strategically and analyzing performance in a continually evolving, dynamic environment Proficient in Excel, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis. Desirable Skills & Attributes Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to manage daily deliverables Excellent written and verbal communication skills
