Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Professional with experience in the banking sector. The role is based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks will include managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, conducting bank reconciliations, performing financial analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the preparation of tax returns.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the banking sector
  • Skill in performing bank reconciliations and managing financial transactions
  • Excellent regulatory compliance knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is a plus
