We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Expert with over 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud and be responsible for end-to-end product implementation, integration, and ownership. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining OIC solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration across various cloud-based and on-premises systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and translate them into effective OIC solutions.

- Take full ownership of the Oracle Integration Cloud product and ensure its optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party applications, using OIC's pre-built adapters and connectors.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify integration opportunities, define requirements, and create integration roadmaps.

- Develop, test, and deploy OIC-based integration solutions while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

- Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and support for OIC-based integrations post-implementation.

- Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Oracle Integration Cloud and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Train and mentor junior team members on OIC best practices, standards, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using OIC, including Oracle Cloud applications and third-party services.

- Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as REST, SOAP, BPEL, and various Oracle Cloud services (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud architecture.

- Strong understanding of cloud integration patterns, data transformation, error handling, and monitoring.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in a timely manner.

- Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Integration Cloud certification or other relevant Oracle certifications.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, or Oracle API Gateway is a plus.
