Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Spearhead global recruitment operations, ensuring the seamless execution of scalable and efficient hiring processes.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition (TA) team across India and the US.
- Drive innovation in recruitment through advanced sourcing techniques, AI-driven talent analytics, and automation.
- Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to anticipate talent needs and design a proactive hiring roadmap.
- Strengthen employer brand positioning through targeted recruitment marketing strategies.
- Establish strategic partnerships with universities, industry leaders, and hiring agencies to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring an inclusive and equitable hiring process.
- Lead executive and leadership hiring, securing best-in-class industry professionals to drive organizational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with business expansion goals.
- Direct high-volume recruitment initiatives while simultaneously executing targeted strategies for niche roles.
Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of 12-15 years in leading and scaling global talent acquisition teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, employer branding, and workforce planning.
- Strong background in executive search, leadership hiring, and talent strategy development.
- In-depth knowledge of DEI hiring, talent market trends, and data-driven recruitment insights.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, HR analytics, AI-driven hiring solutions, and recruitment automation tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
