EssentialResponsibilities

  •  Collaboratewith Aerospace and Corporate Identity organizations to gainunderstanding of current state design, architecture, andcapabilities of Ping and Azure AD environment to plan for amodernized future state environment dedicated to GE Aerospace. 
  • Design, architect and guide theimplementation of automated, repeatable, scalable, authenticationand authorization solution for SSO, MFA, Federation capabilities tointegrate/onboard applications/servers/devices/assets usingconcepts such as SAML, OAuth, FIDO, Zero-trust,etc. 
  • Develop solution for network deviceauthentication with Free Radius and Ping Identity tools. 
  • Leads and coordinates the technical andbusiness discussions relative to future architect direction acrossmultiple teams or product line. 
  • Analyze,design and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based upon acurrent vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.Review and develops use cases and problems that need to be solvedacross multiple teams.  
  • Leads theresearch and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and markettrends to assist in project development and/or operational supportactivities.
  • Responsible for verifying securityis correctly incorporated prior to production release at all levelsfor Identity services. Provides leadership, technology guidance andmentors others throughout thedomain. 
  • Define execution methodologiesand project management practices to be followed by all projectswithin the program. Organize project teams comprising from internaland external technical and functional experts based on budget,scope and timeline. 
  • Manage day-to-dayexecution of multiple interdependent projects by working directlywith global technical teams. 
  • Supportexecution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies.Partner with technical and functional teams external to the projectto ensure their tasks are completed asrequired. 
  • Manage project risks, scopechanges and other non-standard events throughout the life of theproject. Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting atvarious levels of the organization including leadership andexecutives. 
  • Track project outcomesrealization and customer satisfaction levels through establishedmetrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned arecollected.

  • TechnicalExpertise

  • Experiencewith design and implementation with technologies such as PingIdentity, Active Directory(AD), Azure AD, AWS MAM, LDAPDirectories, 2FA/MFA/FIDO and ZeroTrust Technologies,etc. 
  • Experiencewith implementing and integrating Identity and Access Managementsolutions across Cloud providers (eg. AWS and Azure, Workday,Salesforce,etc). 
  • Proficientin directory services principles, architecture at enterprise scaleacross multiple data centers and bestpractices.  
  • Experiencein development of strategy and executing roadmaps for establishingand maintaining AD/Azure AD, and synchronization of identities andgroup across the Aerospacetenants.  
  • Experiencein design and implementation of virtual directory and data syncproducts such as Radiant Logic VDS andMeta/PingDataSync. 
  • Extensiveexperience in solving challenging issues in high pressureenvironment. Strong leadership skills with ability to influenceoutcomes and organize teams to attain sharedgoals. 
  • Experienceimplementing modern integrations to support compliance, andsecurity best practices as part of a collaborative,cross-functional engineeringteam.  
  • Provenexperience using project management methodologies to deliverbusiness value and drive significant change across an organization.Experience managing budgets including budget andspend. 
  • Excellentinfluencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both writtenand verbal) with all levels of anorganization. 
  • Strongtrack record of understanding and interest in current and emergingtechnologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / orindustryactivities. 
  • Strongteam player – collaborates well with others to solve problems andactively incorporates input from varioussources. 
  • Demonstratedcustomer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of thecustomer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processeswith customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shapetheir futureinitiatives. 

Qualifications/Requirements:  

  • Minimum3 years of experience in enterprise-level architecture/design ofcomplex access management/authentication authorization (SSO, MFA,Federation, directories) solution using industry standard productssuch as Ping, ForgeRock, Azure AD, Okta, Oracle, CA Siteminder etc.
  • Bachelor’s degreefrom accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years ofprofessional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8years of professional experience OR High School Diploma withminimum of 10 years of professionalexperience. 
  • Minimum5 years of professional experience in Program Management orIT. 
  • Note:Military experience is equivalent to professionalexperience.
