Role : Practice Head - Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Responsibilities :

1. Build and grow the GCP practice, setting up a team of at least 10 within 3 months of joining and establishing it as a market leader in India and GCCs.

2. Own the P&L for the practice, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and cost efficiencies.

3. Drive sales enablement by building a strong pipeline and positioning GCP as a strategic enabler for cloud transformation.

4. Deliver innovative and scalable GCP solutions across cloud migration, data modernization, and AI/ML.

5. Develop trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor for their digital transformation initiatives.

6. Leverage partnerships with GCP to generate leads, manage pipelines, and adopt cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large teams and P&L.

2. Proven expertise in consulting, solution design, and implementation of GCP-based cloud solutions.

3. Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, BigQuery, Cloud AI, Kubernetes, and Anthos.

4. Strong knowledge of cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and data engineering practices.

5. Demonstrated success in scaling cloud practices, building sales pipelines, and driving business growth.

6. Well-versed and well-connected in the Indian market and GCCs, with a strong professional network.

7. Certifications in GCP (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Data Engineer) are highly preferred.

8. Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
