Ad Monetisation Executive/Manager

We are looking for an Ad Monetisation Executive/Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through advertising optimization.JOB LOCATION: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement monetization strategies that optimize revenue from advertising, including in-game ads, rewarded video ads, and interstitial ads.Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improving ad performance and revenue.Manage relationships with ad networks and demand partners to optimize ad fill rate, eCPM, and overall revenue.Work closely with game development teams to ensure seamless integration of ads and optimize ad placement for maximum user engagement and revenue.Monitor industry trends and keep up-to-date with changes in advertising technologies, regulations, and best practices.Analyze and report on ad revenue performance to senior management and stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.3-6 years of experience in ad operations or digital campaign management.Sound knowledge of Admob or Ironsource ad serving platforms (either is must).Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL.Knowledge of mobile advertising industry trends, ad formats, and ad networks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
