Location: New DelhiExperience: 1–2 years +Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a motivated Architect with 1–2 years of professional experience who is passionate about design storytelling and digital communication. As part of our architecture and design studio, you will combine your architectural knowledge with strong communication skills to craft engaging content, manage our digital channels, and help build our brand presence.You will play a key role in ensuring our design philosophy and project stories reach the right audiences through clear, compelling messaging.Key Responsibilities:Brand & Communication:Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with our studio’s design values.Draft project features, press releases, award submissions, and design narratives.Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all touchpoints.Digital Marketing & Social Media:Plan, create, and schedule content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Write and edit posts, project updates, and thought leadership content.Coordinate with design teams for visuals, drawings, and photography.Oversee website updates and monitor performance.Content Management:Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely publishing.Support email newsletters and digital campaigns.Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly insights reports.Collaboration:Work closely with the design team to develop ideas that showcase our projects and architectural approach.Contribute design insights to strengthen the accuracy and depth of communication.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.1–2 years of experience in an architectural studio or design-related environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Interest or experience in content writing, digital marketing, or design communication.Familiarity with social media platforms, basic SEO, and analytics tools.Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Nice to Have:Experience drafting award submissions, presentations, or editorial content.Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Familiarity with newsletters or email marketing platforms.Why Join Us:Be part of a collaborative team shaping meaningful built environments.Use your design knowledge to tell stories that inspire and connect.Grow within an innovative architecture & design practice focused on impactful communication.To Apply:Please share your resume, a brief cover letter, and writing samples at careers@basics.co.inVisit www.Basics.Co.In
