System Configuration & SupportLead SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancements aligned with business requirements in areas such as:General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and TaxationCost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA)Product Costing (CO-PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)Maintain and support integration between FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PP, PM, PS).Resolve system issues, manage change requests, and ensure SAP FICO stability and performance.Core CompetenciesStrong business process understanding (finance + operations)Analytical and problem-solving mindsetEffective communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work cross-functionally in complex, multi-business environmentsFocus on system optimization and continuous improvementPreferred Tools / TechnologiesSAP S/4HANA FICOSAP FIORIPower BI / SAP Analytics CloudIntegration with MM, SD, PP, and PS modulesBasic understanding of RPA or automation tools (advantage)Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems.8–12 years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support, preferably within the energy, utilities, or manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of finance and controlling processes in power generation and manufacturing environments.Hands-on experience in product costing, asset accounting, and project system (PS) integration.Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory reporting requirements in SAP.SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance preferred.
