Job Title Sr Salesforce Developer Location India Cadre P3 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design development and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex Lightning components integrations and DevOps practices along with strong problemsolving and communication skills Primary Responsibilities Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex Classes Triggers Batch Apex and Schedulable Apex Build responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components LWC and Aura Components Implement and optimize Salesforce Flows for business automation Integrate external systems using REST APIs and manage SSO Authentication protocols SAML OAuth OpenID Connect Create and manage Reports Dashboards including custom report types and dynamic analytics Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver features in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Lead deployment activities using Change Sets Version Control Git and CICD tools Debug and optimize performance using Developer Console VS Code and SOQLDML tuning Secondary Responsibilities Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance limits Support release planning and environment management Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in DevOps and agile delivery Required Skills Qualifications Core Technical Skills Apex Programming Classes Triggers Batch Apex Schedulable Apex Exception Handling and Governor Limits Lightning Web Components LWC Aura Components Salesforce Flows REST API Integration SSO Authentication SAML OAuth OpenID Connect Reports Dashboards Custom report types joined reports dynamic dashboards Sales Cloud Service Cloud DevOps Deployment Change Sets Git CICD tools Debugging Optimization Debug Logs Developer Console VS Code SOQLDML tuning Soft Skills Excellent Communication Strong ProblemSolving Abilities Team Collaboration Attention to Detail Adaptability and Ownership
