Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Production , or a related field.- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and APQP4 Wind knowledge preferred.- 13+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement within the Quality function.- Experience in Product Development is a plus.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Competencies:

- Expertise in quality tools and DFMEA applications.- Strong mentoring abilities to coach and guide tech leads in problem-solving.- Proven experience in stakeholder and supplier quality management .- Strong Root Cause Analysis skills to address both technical and systemic issues.
