Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Build and maintain highly scalable, performant, and secure backend systems to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration of various microservices.Implement and manage messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS) to ensure efficient communication between services.Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure they meet quality, security, and performance standards.Continuously optimize and refactor code to ensure efficiency and maintainability.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the application architecture.Ensure that solutions align with the overall technical strategy and business goals.Write and maintain technical documentation for new features, components, and systems.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:7-9 years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance backend systems.Proven experience with

Spring Boot , including building and deploying Microservices-based applications.Strong understanding and hands-on experience with

Microservices architecture

and its best practices.Solid experience with

messaging systems

(Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, etc.) for asynchronous communication between microservices.Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and services, ensuring they meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.Familiarity with containerization technologies such as

Docker

and

Kubernetes

for deploying applications in cloud environments.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).Ability to collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
