Job Title: Senior Manager - Legal Claims

Location: Noida

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle MACT claims and legal notices.


• Coordinate with panel advocates and attend hearings.


• Assess claim liability and recommend settlements.


• Maintain case records and legal MIS.


• Ensure compliance with legal and IRDAI norms.

Qualifications:


• LLB with 2–5 years' experience in motor legal claims.


• Knowledge of MACT process, Motor Vehicle Act, and insurance regulations.


• Strong coordination and communication skills.
