The selected candidates will work closely with senior engineers and contribute to product design, modelling, drafting, and engineering documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using CAD software (CATIA / SolidWorks / Creo / AutoCAD).Support the design and development of mechanical and aerospace components.Work with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D) to understand design requirements.Prepare and update technical documentation, BOMs, and design reports.Perform basic design calculations and support in prototype development.Participate in design reviews and suggest improvement ideas.Ensure adherence to company standards, guidelines, and engineering best practices.Required SkillsKnowledge of CAD tools: CATIA / SolidWorks / Creo / NX / AutoCAD (any one or more).Basic understanding of mechanical design fundamentals, GD&T, and engineering materials.Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (Machining, Composite structures, Sheet metal, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Good communication skills and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Educational QualificationB.Tech / B.E – Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / CAD-CAM Engineering2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred.What We OfferHands-on training under experienced design engineers.Opportunity to work on real-time aerospace and mechanical design projects.Skill development in advanced CAD/CAM tools and design methodologies.Career growth within the Design & Development department.
