To Excel in This Role: A Day in the Life of a Enterprise sales manager at IZT
IT Staffing & Resourcing (ServiceNow), your day revolves around strategic planning, client engagement, and revenue growth.
Here's a snapshot of what to expect:
Strategic Planning & Market Research:
Begin your day by analyzing market trends in IT staffing & ServiceNow resourcing.
Identify potential Fortune 500 clients and large enterprises requiring ServiceNow professionals.
Plan outreach strategies, leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads.
Sales & Client Engagement:
Connect with CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement Heads, pitching tailored TNM resourcing solutions.
Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with recruitment & delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
Business Development & Deal Closure:
Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Present compelling proposals highlighting IZT's expertise as an Elite ServiceNow Partner.
Attend industry networking events, conferences, and virtual meetings to expand your pipeline.
Key Skills & Success Factors:
5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales & resourcing
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem & TNM staffing models.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience leveraging CRM tools and tracking sales metrics.
