You will be the connective tissue between product design, technical execution, and business outcomes, ensuring programs are delivered with speed, safety, and customer delight.What You’ll Do –Program Delivery: Own end-to-end program execution, including customer-facing AI/IVA solution implementations across multiple products and phases.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product on roadmap alignment, partner with Sales & TCSMs on adoption, coordinate with Support & Compliance to ensure secure and compliant delivery.Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams; manage expectations, alignment, and communication plans.Program Discipline: Apply risk management, change management, and scope management best practices to keep programs predictable and successful.Execution Excellence: Drive technical projects through architecture reviews, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.Risk & Compliance: Oversee approved actions and workarounds to mitigate risks; ensure adherence to security, PII protection, and audit requirements.Global Collaboration: Work effectively with offshore teams, global stakeholders, and across time zones.Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs, reporting dashboards, and metrics for project success; streamline processes and automate wherever possible.Customer Advocacy: Guide customers towards standard best practices in AI and banking, while balancing customization needs.Mentorship & Leadership: Coach project team members, instill accountability, and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver with urgency.What You’ll Bring7–10 years of program management experience, with a strong technical background (engineering, architecture, or development)Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3 complex, multi-phase projectsFamiliarity with AI and enterprise platforms; experience in the banking/fintech domain preferredStrong understanding of engineering processes (Agile, DevOps, SDLC) and ability to engage deeply with Product Managers and Engineers on technical challengesDemonstrated success working with offshore and global teams in distributed setupsHands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) preferredExperience defining and tracking program KPIs and metricsStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, customers, and engineers effectivelyAnalytical, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilityStartup mindset: self-motivated, thrives in ambiguity, growth mindset, emotionally mature, loves learning and researchBonus: MBA or equivalent business acumen; prior work in regulatedindustriesWhy Join Us?Remote-First Policy – flexibility to work across geographiesComprehensive Insurance Coverage – health and wellness benefitsCareer Impact – opportunity to shape foundational programs in a rapidly scaling AI companyHigh Growth – join a top-100 fastest-growing Fintech in Silicon Valley, working with global AI and enterprise leaders
