Key Responsibilities

  • Administration: Handle day-to-day admin tasks, assist founders/senior management, and maintain business records.
  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire kitchen, packing, and front-office staff; build a hiring pipeline for future needs.
  • Staff Management: Track attendance, leaves, punctuality, and absenteeism.
  • Performance Management: Conduct annual appraisals, define KPIs, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.), manage documentation, and support audits.
  • Employee Engagement: Run on-boarding, engagement programs, and maintain HR policies/manuals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR/Admin and staff recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
  • Skilled in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
