About the Role

Elevate Now is looking for a results-driven and client-focused Program Associate – Retention to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in retaining clients, driving program renewals, and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their journey with us. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a sales mindset and a passion for wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive program renewals and upsells, owning revenue targets related to retention
  • Proactively gather, track, and resolve client feedback to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our coaching and program teams to improve user engagement and program outcomes

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly incentive targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in a healthcare or wellness startup preferred (weight loss experience is a strong plus)
  • High ownership, empathy, and ability to manage multiple conversations effectively
