• Manage the entire hiring process, from posting job ads to onboarding.
• Stay updated on IT trends and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate records in ATS.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment with knowledge of technical roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
