Job Title: SAP MM IS Retail Consultant

Job Summary:SAP IS-Retail Functional Consultant.Roles & Responsibilities: Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP IS-Retail.Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module.Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.Provide ad-hoc training and users.
Desired Skills & Experience:At least 5 -7 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications.Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain).Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project Profound understanding of Retail business processes.Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a good attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities.Experience with 13-15 years of relevant experience in SAP along with strong Purchase / Stores domain in any of the industries like FMCG, Retail, Trading , Automobile , Retail ,Pharma ,Cement, Textiles.Must have atleast 3-4 full lifecycle SAP S/4 Hana Implement Exp (Project Preparation to till Go-Live) and 2-3 Roll-out and 1 to 2 Support Project Exp. Experience in Hana Migration Project will be additional Advantage.Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.Strong experience in Master data, Purchasing, Inventory, Account determination, invoice verification, batch management and special stocks is Mandatory.Work self-directed and independently with good handling of integration points with FI, CO, PP, SD, QM, and EWM and experience in Data uploading tools like LSMW LTMC and LTMOM.Good Knowledge on configurations of Purchasing, Pricing procedure, Inventory management, account determination and invoice verification.Knowledge is required in Material master and vendor master functionalities, data base tables and relationship between the tables.Strong knowledge on cutover data activities and SAP Best practices.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions, Document Functional Design Specifications, Test Cases and Results.Good communication skills and client facing skills.Should be able to work in the project independently and support to team.Key Skills : SAP MM , SAP S/4 HANA Implementation, SAP GST, SAP WM.Eligibility Criteria: Graduate of either B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Applications, MBA Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow.Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants.
