Job Title: Clinic cum Telesales Head Location: NOIDA Job Summary: Purely Yours, a leading Indian organic Ayurveda brand is seeking to hire an Ayurveda Doctor as Clinic cum Telesales Head at NOIDA. The candidate shall lead a team of Ayurveda doctors and telesales professionals and be responsible for driving revenue from both online and in-clinic consultations and the sale of products. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and sales acumen. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless clinic operations, setting and driving the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest Ayurvedic ethics and care standards. Key Responsibilities: Clinic Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ayurvedic clinic, ensuring a smooth patient experience. Monitor clinic workflows, patient scheduling, and treatment plan execution. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, cleanliness, and patient care protocols in the clinic. Tele-Sales Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the tele-sales team to meet consultation and sales targets. Conduct training sessions for tele-callers to enhance their knowledge of products, Ayurveda, and communication skills. Regularly review team performance, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Ayurvedic Doctor Team Management: Supervise the team of Ayurvedic doctors to ensure consistent and high-quality consultations. Oversee treatment plans provided by doctors, maintaining adherence to Herbal Chakra’s standards. Conduct periodic case reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team’s skills. Strategic Planning and Profitability: Develop strategies to increase patient footfall in the clinic and improve teleconsultation conversions. Monitor profit and loss daily , identify areas of financial leakage or underperformance, and take corrective action. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, drive awareness, and generate leads. Align clinic operations and telesales activities with organizational goals. Patient Care and Consultation: Provide personalized Ayurvedic consultations to patients as needed, both in the clinic and via video calls. Address escalated patient concerns and ensure the highest standards of care and satisfaction. Stay updated on advancements in Ayurveda to integrate best practices into treatments. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators for the clinic, tele-sales team, and doctors. Prepare detailed reports on clinic performance, sales metrics, profit and loss, and patient satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies to achieve goals. Qualifications: Requirements: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or higher qualification in Ayurveda. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Ayurvedic doctor with at least 2 years experience in managing teams or operations, in a clinic or telesales environment. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication in (e.g., English, Hindi, etc.). Proficiency in CRM tools, telemedicine platforms, and operational management software. Sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to meet targets. Financial acumen to monitor and manage daily profit and loss. Empathy and a patient-centric approach to healthcare.
