Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand
Role: Full-time | Onsite
Are you passionate about building strong client partnerships, leading teams, and skilled at sourcing top talent? FxConsulting—an award-winning HR & Talent solutions company now in its 8th year—is looking for a driven Associate Manager (Account Manager) for our Haldwani branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients. Build trust, manage expectations, and ensure timely, quality delivery of hiring projects.
- Team Management & Capacity Building:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators. Conduct regular training, skill development, and performance reviews.
- Client Relationship & Retention:
- Proactively identify client needs, resolve concerns, and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Sourcing Excellence:
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates across junior to leadership levels using platforms like , Naukri, Google, and new-age tools.
- Innovate candidate search strategies to fill roles quickly and effectively.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices to add value to both clients and internal teams.
Who Are You?
- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, account management, or HR consulting (agency or corporate).
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong team player and people developer—experience in a leadership/mentoring role is a big plus.
- Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, Shine), Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google sourcing.
- Problem-solver, results-driven, and self-motivated to take ownership.
