Power Platform Developer (Power BI + Power Apps + Power Automate)

Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and data modeling.
  • Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to streamline business operations.
  • Automate workflows and approvals with Power Automate to reduce manual effort.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, Excel, and Azure services.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, data refreshes, and security of Power BI assets.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction & transformation.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Exposure to Azure services and APIs (REST/JSON) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI certification is a big plus.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
