Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Google and Meta Ads Management
- Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget management.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Work with developers to fix technical SEO issues and improve site architecture.
- Social Media Optimization & Management
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive website traffic.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns across platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Track and analyze ad performance and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
- Email Marketing
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor email campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Client Handling
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Manage client expectations and deliver on agreed KPIs.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, performance marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO, SMO, SMM
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
