Position: Sr. Manager - Business Development (Domestic)

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, organize, implement, and monitor sales activities to achieve sales targets in a sustainable and profitable manner.

- Manage and mentor the BD team. - Gather & Analyze the Data to identify gaps

- Analyze markets to find out opportunities for new business development and generate leads in the HVAC / Auto Component and Engineering sector.

- Identify new product/business opportunities for the company's existing product segment / as well as the new age segment.

- Handle existing customer needs and identifies opportunities.

- Engage in preparation of Bill of Material(BOM), Costing & final commercial proposal

- Negotiate customer issues w.r.t. Pricing, MOQ, Timelines, processes etc.

- Co-ordinate in resolving customer issues with the production team.

- Understand the customer need and support in the product development process.

- Support the R&D department with future product requirements

Desired Qualifications & Experience :

BE(Mech.) + MBA (Mktg.)

8-10 years hardcore Sales & Business Development / OEM Sales experience in HVAC /Auto Component Industry.
