Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic Robotics / STEM Trainers to train school students. The role involves delivering hands-on sessions on basic electronics, block programming (mBlock), Arduino programming, IoT fundamentals, and smart automation projects.
Note: Complete training will be provided to selected candidates before they take on the role.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for school students.
Teach Robotics, IoT, and Automation concepts using practical methodologies.
Guide students in developing hands-on projects and simulations
Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues during class activities.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and project documentation.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Assist in organizing tech-based events, exhibitions, and summits for schools.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students and ensuring that their learning objectives and queries are effectively addressed.
Ensure student and school satisfaction by providing engaging, hands-on learning experiences and maintaining strong communication.
Responsible for submitting detailed training progress reports and feedback to the reporting manager as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IoT, Arduino, and electronics is sufficient.
Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
Must demonstrate 100% willingness to travel to various school locations for conducting training sessions, workshops, and tech summits as per the training schedule.
