Tendering Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with experience in construction-related tendering . The role involves managing the complete tendering process for infrastructure and civil projects, from identifying opportunities to bid submission, documentation, and coordination with internal departments and clients. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of government e-tender portals and private construction bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification & Tracking

• Monitor government and private tender portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP, eProcurement) for new opportunities
• Analyze tender notices, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and deadlines
• Maintain a tender tracker and ensure timely submissions

Documentation & Prequalification

• Prepare and compile all technical and commercial documents required for submission
• Coordinate with departments (Engineering, Estimation, Legal, Finance) to gather necessary inputs
• Draft proposals, BOQs, cover letters, compliance sheets, and other supporting documents
• Handle prequalification applications (PQ) and Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions

Bid Management

• Ensure timely preparation and online/offline submission of tenders
• Upload and submit documents on e-tender portals (GEM, NIC, state portals)
• Maintain version control and proper archiving of all bid-related documents
• Liaise with clients and consultants for clarifications or corrections in bid documents

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure all tender submissions are compliant with client specifications and legal requirements
• Coordinate with finance teams for EMD/BG (Earnest Money Deposit / Bank Guarantee)
• Track the status of submitted tenders and manage communications for bid opening, evaluation, and award
