Job Title: Divisional Risk and Control Senior Analyst Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: Vice President Role Description Corporate Banking is a technology-centric business, with an increasing move to real-time processing, an increasing appetite from customers for integrated systems and access to supporting data. Our Corporate Bank Technology team is a global team of Engineers tasked with ensuring technology risk for payments is within risk tolerance bank wide. We are searching for an individual to support execution of a sustainable Controls Assurance process across the Bank's complex payments application landscape. This is part of a multi-year program tasked with implementing an Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) control framework for all payment-related applications in the Bank. In partnership with a team based in London, you will be responsible for operating and refining a sustainable controls testing strategy within the Bank's Technology organization. This will include evaluating effectiveness of a wide spectrum of system controls across all payment applications. Contribute to the ongoing development of control testing standards including sampling approaches and documentation. Identify and promote sustainable testing automation opportunities. Partner with stakeholders including Technology Application Teams, Control Owners, Divisional Control Office and Group Audit to support transparency over IT and IS risks and champion sustainable risk mitigation outcomes. Support the execution of a minimum sustainable level of First-Line control testing coverage, which includes annual validation of Bank Standard control KPIs, Risk Mitigants and Payment Specific Automation Standards. Your skills and experience Demonstrable experience of IT and IS controls testing and risk management. Experience of working in an agile environment. Able to demonstrate a structured logical approach to problem solving. Proactive and strong written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of the Goggle Cloud Platform (GCP) control environment would be an added advantage.
