Job Title: Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager Location: Santhome, Chennai – 2 Positions Mumbai – 1 Position (Office to be finalized within a couple of months from the candidate’s joining; likely Andheri or BKC) Role: Acquiring customers for Mutual Funds, Equities, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Corporate Deposits, Bonds, PMS/AIF, Estate Planning, etc., and managing their portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Relationship management of mapped customers and handling their portfolios. Increasing wallet share of existing customers. Proactively generating references from existing customers and acquiring new ones. Regular interaction with prospects and customers for business penetration. Procuring business across multiple products and services and meeting revenue deliverables. Opportunity to generate additional business through appointing Business Associates. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in Mutual Funds is mandatory. For Mumbai, minimum 4 years of Mutual Fund Relationship Management experience with strong product knowledge. Required Skills / Expectations: Should possess an existing client base. Proficient in English communication. Qualification: Any degree. Enablers from the Organisation: Expert team with rich industry experience to support sales conversions. Comprehensive mobile app/web portal for execution, portfolio monitoring, and report downloads. Strong focus on continuous knowledge enhancement and learning opportunities. Growth Trajectory: Organisation with ambitious expansion plans offering early leadership opportunities for promising candidates. Potential consideration for ESOPs based on value addition. Certification: NISM V-A (Optional for Chennai, Mandatory for Mumbai).
