WoodQart looking to hire Area Sales Manager in Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi,Ghaziabad & Gorakhpur), New Delhi (NCR), Bihar (Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur & Gaya), Odisha(Bhubaneshwar, Cuttak & Rourkela), Chhattisgarh (Raipur, Raigarh, Bhilai, Bilaspur & Jagdalpur) toexpand the team in sales and business development. Theideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities within the assigned region.Responsibilities:As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead and manage sales activities within your designated geographicarea. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, andexpanding market share. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent leadership,communication, and strategic planning skills.In Details:The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using aconsultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leadingto sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assignedarea.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the retailers and wholesaler base andincrease market penetration.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensurecustomer satisfaction and loyalty.Provide sales training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance andproductivity.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management, outlining salesperformance and growth opportunities.Travel within the assigned area to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct salesmeetings as needed.Good command of the regional language.Graduates/Undergraduates with a proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 2years of experience in a similar role.Job Location: Above Mention Cities (no Specific office at these places) SEARCH LOCAL CANDIDATESSalary Range: 18k - 35k Per Month [2.20lpa to 4.20lpa]WoodQartTeam HR & Operations
