We are looking for an experienced AV/VC Support Engineer to manage and maintain audio-visual and video conferencing systems across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and event spaces. The role involves troubleshooting, setup, maintenance, and providing high-quality support during critical business meetings and events.ResponsibilitiesManage and support Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) systems across offices.Handle setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of meeting room AV/VC equipment.Provide end-to-end support during Townhalls, All-Hands, and Leadership meetings, ensuring smooth operation of audio, video, and projector systems.Log and follow up on hardware/software issues with OEM vendors.Maintain inventory and warranty tracking for AV/VC equipment.Proactively alert management about expiring warranties/AMCs and suggest renewals.Ensure timely setup and smooth functioning of systems like amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and displays.Deliver high-quality customer service with a positive and professional attitude.Required SkillsExperience in handling and supporting:Samsung displays, videowalls, LED 4K screens, and digital boardsBiamp audio systems and Evoko meeting schedulersPoly and Aver video conferencing systems (including MTR setups)Magic Info software for display content managementAmplifiers, handheld/collar microphones, and digital boards (Samsung/Microsoft)
