Job Description:

She/He will be responsible for sales C business development - to identify and bring in the right clients for the IITMRP office space; responsible for brand positioning, strategic marketing initiatives, corporate messaging, and other growth initiatives. This will involve managing an internal team and external agencies. This role will be a member of the IITMRP Leadership team.

Sales G Business Development:

- Identify and bring onboard clients to setup their RC D center in the IIT Madras Research Park; KPI: Occupancy Rate of the Research Park

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify features, trends, and pricing for similar office spaces and facilities.

- Identify and nurture C-suite relationships to generate new business opportunities

- Negotiate and assist in contract finalization in coordination with the legal team.

- Implement effective sales techniques C client engagement initiatives.

- Maintain a CRM system to track all aspects of the sales cycle

Marketing G Communications:

- Develop and execute marketing plans including offline and digital marketing campaigns.

- Organize events, tours, and networking sessions to engage potential clients.

- Lead interactions with external stakeholders, industry forums, government departments to deepen partnerships

- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and video content highlighting the unique value proposition of the IIT Madras Research Park.

- Collaborate with PR agencies, and media partners to enhance brand visibility.

Leadership G Team Development:

- Mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.

- Lead internal sales training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Partner with industry leaders to enhance thought leadership and brand positioning.

- Participate and/or Lead new strategic initiatives, as needed.

ualifications Skills:

- Bachelors / Masters in any relevant field such as Engineering / Science / Business; MBA desirable.

- 15+ yrs of overall experience in Marketing, Consulting, Client or People Engagement.

- Energetic and mature business leader with experience handling C-level relationships and multiple stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented in managing process, tracking productivity, and delivering outcomes.

- Strong Analytical, Problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing Automation, Analytics, CRM tools.
