SAP Syniti ADMM Consultant (Contract Role)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Syniti ADMM Consultant for a contract position, requiring 4-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP Syniti Advanced Data Migration Management (ADMM) and mandatory Syniti certification.

This remote role is open to candidates across PAN India and involves leveraging Syniti's data migration tools to support SAP implementations, data quality management, and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data migration projects using SAP Syniti ADMM, including data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation.
  • Design and implement data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance with SAP standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements, map legacy data to SAP structures, and resolve migration issues.
  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment using Syniti tools to support SAP S/4HANA or other ERP migrations.
  • Provide expertise in Syniti Knowledge Platform for data governance and master data management.
  • Develop migration scripts, templates, and reports to track progress and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during migration cycles and optimize processes for efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of experience in SAP data migration and management.
  • Minimum 2 full end-to-end implementations using SAP Syniti ADMM.
  • Mandatory certification in Syniti or related data management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules, data modeling, ETL processes, and tools like Syniti Data Workbench or Migration Cockpit.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and integration with SAP landscapes.
  • Experience with data quality tools, governance frameworks, and agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions and documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migrations and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Prior experience in contract roles within IT consulting or enterprise environments.
