Sales Development Representative

We're RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants, helping companies utilize HubSpot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale. We grew from 2 people in Jan 2021 to a team of 85 people as of today. We're bootstrapped yet sustainable, with our goals highly focused on revenue-enablement activities for our customers.We work with HubSpot and Salesforce customers to help them make the most out of their instances by streamlining marketing, sales, services, CS processes & reporting. We own the system so that you get to think about what your business needs next.
We're now looking for Growth Marketing- Manager who can join our team while we focus on getting more business for you.
If you're a fit, here are the roles and responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, ) to drive targeted traffic, increase brand awareness, generate leads and to drive revenue growth.
- Continuously work on reducing CPA while maintaining or improving lead quality.
- Collaborate with team's cross-functionally to improve SEO practices, organic search visibility and traffic through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and leads.
- Design and execute A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads > MQLs > SQLs
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and refine ABM strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI across all digital marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in B2B and SaaS marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into our marketing mix.
- Utilize Salesforce/HubSpot experts and consultants to help them create and manage campaigns, workflows, CRM, Admin, and other tasks as per the client's satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of at least 3 years in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO.
- Experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- CRM certifications are highly desirable.
