Investment Analyst / Associate – Private Credit & Growth DebtWe’re looking for an Investment Analyst/Associate to support our senior investment team across origination, evaluation, execution, syndication, and portfolio monitoring. The role offers full-cycle exposure to venture debt and private credit transactions across diverse sectors.What You’ll DoEvaluate & Execute Deals: Prepare investment memos, conduct financial and business due diligence, support underwriting, structuring, and end-to-end transaction execution.Origination Support: Perform market/sector research, track borrower/sponsor activity, and assist in managing stakeholder relationships.Portfolio Monitoring: Analyse portfolio performance, track covenants, prepare reviews and dashboards, and flag early warning indicators.Internal Collaboration: Work with legal, risk, and operations teams; support fund reporting, investor updates, and portfolio reviews.What You BringBachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.2–3 years of relevant experience in investment management, credit analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate finance.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with familiarity in financial statements and credit underwriting.Proficiency in Excel; exposure to modelling/valuation is a plus.Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and comfortable working in lean teams.
