Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the agency's revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development:o Identify, research, and target potential clients in the PR and communication space.o Develop and execute strategic plans to secure new business opportunities.o Meet or exceed revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.2. Client Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.o Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch proposals tailored to client needs.o Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintain communication to foster long-term partnerships.3. Market Research and Strategy:o Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to identify business opportunities.o Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with agency capabilities.4. Collaboration and Coordination:o Work closely with the creative, account management, and PR teams to craft compelling campaigns and proposals.o Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services to clients. 5. Reporting and Analysis:o Prepare and present regular reports on sales progress, client feedback, and market insights.o Analyze sales data to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably within a PR/communications agency.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
