*Locations are - Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore*Role Overview:We are seeking skilled AI/ML Engineers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in data preprocessing, model development, MLOps, and cloud-based deployment.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production use cases.- Work with structured and unstructured datasets; perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.- Build scalable ML pipelines using modern tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).- Deploy models into production using CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).- Implement end-to-end MLOps workflows using AWS/Azure/GCP tools.- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and cloud architects to integrate ML solutions into applications.- Conduct performance tuning, A/B testing, model monitoring, and model retraining strategies.- Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML technologies to enhance solution quality.Technical Skills:- Strong programming expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).- Solid understanding of ML algorithms: regression, classification, clustering, NLP, computer vision, etc.- Strong knowledge of MLOps concepts including pipelines, monitoring, and versioning.- Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, API development (Flask/FastAPI).
