About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial properties including office spaces, retail units, showrooms, and investment assets within our premium developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for commercial property sales through networking, brokers, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investors.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on project inventory.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and property showings for prospective buyers and investors.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring target achievement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and commercial property rates in Gurugram and surrounding areas.
  • Coordinate with the legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of sale agreements.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in commercial real estate sales.
  • Experience in selling office spaces, retail properties, or investment-grade commercial assets.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with Gurugram commercial property markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Farvision ERP.
  • Preferred Candidates:
  • Local candidates from Gurugram / Delhi NCR.
  • Experience with Grade-A developers or real estate consultancies.
