Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial record keeping
- Manage GST filing, TCS, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, invoices, and reconciliation reports
- Work with Zoho Books/Zoho Finance for accounting and reporting
- Support office finance requirements, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely compliance
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and other accounting tools
- Strong knowledge of GST, TCS, TDS, and statutory filing procedures
- Prior experience in handling corporate accounts and office finance
- HR knowledge/experience (recruitment, payroll, employee records) will be an added advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
Location: Chennai (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years preferred
