We are currently seeking a Syniti ADM Jr Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Need a Syniti ADM Technical Consultant who can work very closely with the project team members, provide & guide the team with the right technical directions, take ownership for the overall technical aspects of the project, work closely with the client & other dependent workstream stakeholders and ensure the successful migration of SAP objects from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA or from legacy source system into SAP S4/HANA

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Data Cleansing, Profiling, Harmonization and Migration, SAP Cutover Planning, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence.
  • Diverse experience includes project successes in the areas of Data Migration using BackOffice Associates Tools Methodology (Syniti ADM in the areas of SAP MM, & SAP Plant Maintenance
  • Proven hands-on experience in performing a technical lead role for large scale SAP data migration project's & supervise/guide project team members to ensure the delivery is done as per the client requirements
  • Expertise in Syniti ADM tool & MS-SQL Server
  • Has Extensive experience in Data Cleansing, Profiling and Harmonization using Backoffice Tools like ADM, qSuite of SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data (FL,EQ, BOM,) and Materials Master Data.
  • Candidate has knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Healthcare verticals.
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional team building, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate possesses excellent communication and organization skills with the ability of adapting to new environments quickly.
  • Candidate has familiarity with onsite-offshore models and has led a team of offshore and onsite developers. He is a team player with the aptitude to work in time sensitive environments making him an effective member of any data migration team.

Specific Expertise:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with 12 years of IT experience in SAP Data Migration, Data Analysis, Data Audits, Process Management, Business Analysis, ECM, Business Process Re-engineering, RFPs, Quality Assurance, Data Analysis and Modeling and Testing of enterprise wide client/server and Web-based applications and all aspects of Software Engineering and Systems Development Life Cycle SDLC
  • Certified in BackOffice Associates Data Migration and ETL Tools: Syniti ADM, qSuite, Data StagingWarehouse , DataGarage,EZMap , DataDialysis, BDCdirect, DataProfiler , DataConstructionServer , dDup , SourceTrack , CranPort
  • Extensive experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical.
  • Expertise in Cutover Planning, Project Planning, Project Design, Gathering Business and Functional requirements, creating design specifications, and use case data flow diagrams
  • Worked in SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP Finance, SAP SD. SAP SCM, SAP MDM, SAP Project Systems, Vendors, Business Objects, OBIEE, SAP R/3,Business Warehouse BW 7.0, Data Warehousing, Data Governance and Master Data Management MDM
  • Extensively used Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and MS Office products for data Analysis, Project Schedules, Business process modelling, Requirement/issues documentation and Customer training.
  • Experienced in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Summary Reports for Automated and manual testing.
